The Reflection Project
Mission Statement:
The Reflection Project empowers individuals to build integrity, resilience, and self-awareness through mentorship, athletics, and personal growth. We challenge each participant to look inward, embrace accountability, and become the best version of themselves — both on and off the field.
Formerly known as The Man in the Glass Initiative, The Reflection Project is a mentorship and life-skills program rooted in personal accountability, integrity, and growth. Inspired by the powerful message of self-honesty from the poem The Man in the Glass, our mission has always been to help young people build character through reflection and action.
As we grow and reach broader communities, our name has evolved to better reflect our inclusive, modern, and forward-thinking approach. But the core remains unchanged: you are the one who must live with your reflection.
Through athletics, community mentorship, and personal development programming, we equip students and young adults with the tools to take ownership of their choices, their goals, and their future.
The Reflection Project isn’t about perfection — it’s about learning to look in the mirror and be proud of who’s looking back.
